Overview

The unspoiled location of this lovely new build two-bedroom villa makes it a perfect destination for those looking to soak up some tropical vibes with a refreshing urban twist. Inside this villa blends a classic zingy cocktail, somewhere between a Manhattan and a Pina Colada mixing a contemporary New York loft-style with the rice paddies and an alang alang roof. Additionally, located in hip and happening Canggu, you don’t have to go far to find the action whether you want to find a yoga class, go surfing at Echo Beach or party at Deus or Old Mans.

Living

This two-story villa comprises of an open plan living area downstairs including a kitchen, comfortable living area with oversized grey sofas and an HD flat-screen TV. This generous area is air-conditioned and enclosed but has large patio doors that open out onto a petite sun terrace with a swimming pool. The thatched roof drips over the side, mingling with exotic bougainvillea, the glistening water, and the surging rice paddies and pockets of jungle, creating the perfect place for those refreshing cocktails. Meditate in the traditional bale or soak up the sun on one of the loungers, this is a space made for relaxation.
Inside the kitchen, find all the modern conveniences that you would expect, including a fridge, gas hob, oven, and microwave. Stainless steel and black granite contribute to the slick modern feel of the space, but with plenty of good restaurants nearby, you probably won’t want to cook much. Muted tones and touches of red brick highlight the urban chic of the space as does the black wrought iron spiral staircase which climbs to the first floor.

Accommodation

The master bedroom with spacious dimensions overlooks the fabulous view of jungle and rice paddies. Again there is a tantalising fusion of traditional Asian and urban styles with red brick and black granite, bamboo, and Japanese lacquer. Slick and comfortable, a good nights rest is assured once you wrap yourself in the fresh white sheets of the king-size bed. The ensuite bathroom has a double vanity, a cordoned off toilet and shower.
The second bedroom is also king-size with an ensuite and the same fabulous view but has slightly smaller dimensions. Like its master counterpart, everything about it can be summed up as modern, private, and stylish.

Staff

This superb villa overseen by our highly experienced and excellent English – speaking villa manager, and our daily housekeeping staff are onsite each day. All the cleaning and gardening will be taken care of so your Bali holiday home remains immaculate.
Additionally, ingredients for your first breakfast are provided, and additional shopping can be organised through our grocery service, which incurs a 25% charge. Just give the staff a list, and they will fill your cupboards or order in!

Location

This area is up and coming, on the edge of the thriving hub of Canggu, but still very peaceful and serene. Nearby you can get your zen on at Samadi yoga centre, find super healthy food at locations like Crate Café, Shady Shack, Motion Café and Bali Buddha or indulge yourself in pizza at Luigis’ hot pizza, BBQ at the beach or seek out some fantastic Japanese fusion food at Sensorium. If you fancy a day at the spa, head to Amo and get pampered from head to foot or spend a morning wandering around the boutique stores picking up some fabulous new beachwear.
You might fancy investigating some other destinations, and a driver can be easily hired to facilitate such excursions. Head to Tabanan to see the famous water temple, to Ubud to experience the monkey forest or up to Ahmed and Candidasa to go snorkelling or scuba diving. The adventures on the island of Bali are limitless.
