Living Areas

The main door to the property opens onto a neat tropical garden complete with orchids and palm trees as well as the freshening waters of your own private swimming pool.

The joy of this Bali villa is that you will be as comfortable outside as you will be inside. The indoor living area can be fully closed off and air-conditioned or the bi-folding doors can be opened out into the patio and poolside garden. Here you will find a shady oversized bale, a love seat and plenty of reasons to enjoy the sultry weather and exotic greenery of the garden.

Inside comprises a living room which is separated from the dining room and kitchen by stairs that lead up to the first floor. The living room has large cosy sofas which face onto a large flat screen TV forming a great space to chill out with your family and friends. A six-seater dining table provides plenty of room for lazy breakfasts and all the appliances you need can be found in the in the kitchen including a fridge, double hob and oven, water cooler and crockery and cutlery.


The master bedroom is located on the ground floor and has patio doors which open up onto the swimming pool. You can literally leap out of bed and straight into the water if you desire.

This room has a soaring Alang Alang roof topped by a ceiling fan under which sits a large double bed and a flat-screen TV. Off to one side is a separate dressing room with plenty of storage and this leads out into a gorgeous, typically outdoor Balinese bathroom with a jungle vibe, large round bathtub and a tropical rainfall shower.

The other two bedrooms are located on the first floor and have very similar specifications. Both have double beds and ensuite shower rooms with small balconies overlooking the garden and the rice fields. The only difference is that one room has a TV and the other does not. All the accommodation is air conditioned for your comfort.


This Bali villa is Western-managed and has daily housekeeping to make sure that you don’t have to lift a finger. Ingredients for your first mornings’ breakfast are provided and thereafter if required a grocery shopping service can be provided at a small charge. If you need, a car and a driver can also be arranged for excursions.


One of the best things about this budget Bali villa is its location. Set just off Jalan Bumbak, you will have has easy access to a number of great restaurants such as Cous Cous, Kembali, Bumbak Coffee and La Casetta, despite being cosseted away from the bustling centre of nearby Seminyak. This quiet leafy suburb has a flavour of the old Bali but is close enough to all the amenities you could want. It is also a stone’s throw from the hipster, surfing mecca of Canggu. This area has cafes and boutiques springing up at a rate of knots as well as plentiful yoga shalas, CrossFit gyms, the Canggu Club and numerous spas.

Other regions of the island are also easily accessible if you fancy a day trip to the beach clubs of the Bukit, exploring the temple in Tabanan or a day wandering the streets of Ubud.
