Overview

This exquisite Villa Josuloma is a newly completed 6-bedroom Seminyak escape, nestled at the end of a private lane, just a short stroll to Seminyak’s bustling streets and premier dining and shopping options. Comprising three distinct pavilions, the villa’s entrance building houses the living area, dining spaces, kitchen, and media room. The left-wing has three bedrooms, of which upstairs is a lovely master suite, while below are two connecting bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms. The right-side pavilion features a master suite on the ground floor, a mini-gym, two further connecting bedrooms on the first floor, and a roof terrace with sofas, and spacious daybed where guests bask in panoramic vistas that stretch across Seminyak and its surroundings. A wooden deck takes a prominent position in front of the living pavilion, commanding views of the pool and landscaped gardens, complete with alfresco dining and casual seating. Additionally, a traditional alang-alang roofed bale rests at one end of the pool, providing a chilled shaded haven for guests to indulge in serene daydreaming.

Behind the bale, an unobtrusive doorway conveniently links to an adjacent equally luxurious 5-bedroom villa, effectively transforming Villa Josuloma into an unparalleled 11-bedroom Seminyak retreat.

Living Areas 

Guests enter the premises through wooden-framed glass sliding doors. Once inside, a warm reception awaits in the form of open living and dining spaces. To the left and right, these spaces extend, offering a glimpse of the neatly concealed kitchen in one corner where the chef creates his masterpieces, to the 4-stool breakfast bar, a powder room, an inviting 8-seater wooden dining table, and nestled in another corner, plush grey sofas adorned with captivating wall art. Completing the scene, side tables and ambient light are strategically placed, all beneath the charm of elegant arched wooden ceilings. Looking forward, guests are captivated by the outside deck, lush gardens, and alluring pool. On one side of the deck is a dining table with seating for 10 and an accompanying BBQ grill, while the opposite side has inviting comfy wicker chairs, perfect for relaxed gatherings. Poolside three sun beds  await – two singles and one double – accompanied by two sun umbrellas.

Tucked away discreetly is the fully equipped kitchen where the chef orchestrates a symphony of culinary delights, not only preparing the complimentary breakfasts but also offerings from the villa’s expansive menu.

Within the villa’s embrace, guests have multiple areas to relax, be it inside the villa living space, the media room, the deck, the charming balconies and terraces that dot the property, or even the rooftop.

Adjacent to the indoor living room lies the dedicated media room, where L-shaped grey-covered sofas draped with cream cushions, face the impressive 65” TV, while a convenient writing desk occupies a corner. The TV itself rests on a spacious cabinet offering ample room to connect multiple devices.

Mini-gym

In the far right side corner, a cute mini-gym stands ready for guests to engage in stretching routines, calisthenics, or utilizing hand weights, and yoga mats. Roof Terrace

Ascending stairs, arriving at the uppermost level, this space showcases spacious sofas and comfy chairs around a coffee table, with an adjacent luxurious daybed, all sheltered by an arched wooden roof complimented by cooling ceiling fans. This area has been masterfully crafted to serve as both a daytime sanctuary and for evening cocktails. Accommodation

Villa Josuloma comprises 6 lavish bedrooms each with its own impeccably designed ensuite bathroom. Given the villa’s recent completion, every detail – from linens, towels to pillows and cushions – exudes pristine freshness. Each room is equipped with modern amenities, including a 44” flat screen TV, writing desk and chair, tall wall mirror, netting paired with black-out curtains, built-in wardrobes with laptop-sized safety boxes, and assorted wall art which lends character to the rooms. The ensuite bathrooms feature a pair of indulgent rain showers, twin basin vanities, with huge mirrors and lavatory facilities.

Master Suite

Behind the kitchen island, stairs ascend to the master suite which has a lovely 4-poster bed poised on gleaming highly polished wooden floors, above which is an arched wooden ceiling with an overhead fan. Positioned at the far end of the room is a built-in 2-seat window sofa, accompanied by a writing desk and chair occupying the corner. Wooden framed glass doors lead out to the veranda where two comfy chairs survey the gardens and pool. Walk through built-in wardrobes to the delightful grand ensuite bathroom.

Ground Floor Bedroom One

Below the master suite and accessed via the living space, , lies another elegant bedroom, which can be configured either as king-size or twins, and can also be connected  through another door to the neighboring third bedroom. The ensuite bathroom also features a standalone bath. Glass doors lead out to a sweet terrace at the rear of the villa, affording guests moments of solitude away from villa activities.

Ground Floor Bedroom Two

Accessed directly from the garden, or through the adjacent bedroom, this is probably the smallest room in the villa, but still retains its cozy charm. The room can also be configured as either a king or twin bed. The ensuite bathroom, although smaller than the others, still ensures convenience and comfort.

Master Suite

This is the grandest of the two master suites. The king-size bed sits center-stage with wall mounted TV in front, flanked by two sets of wooden framed glass doors affording guests breathtaking views over the surrounding gardens, dining deck, pool, and bale. At one end of the room are twin writing desks paired with chairs, adorned with striking red and blue acrylic wall-mounted paintings. A touch of added comfort graces the opposite side, where a two-seat sofa invites reprieve near the walk-in wardrobe. Beyond, the bathroom commands attention with its splendor, echoing the standard set-up, but on an impressive scale, with a freestanding bath, and outside open light-filled shower courtyard.

First Floor Bedrooms One and Two

Both of these two interconnecting bedrooms showcase king-size four-poster beds with netting canopies. Each room has its own writing desk with wall mounted TV, that can be effortlessly swiveled to cater to various preferences, including facing the beds. Ample built-in wardrobes are adjacent to the bathroom doors which provide abundant storage options. Staffing

Villa Josuloma is staffed by a dedicated team including a villa manager, villa supervisor, morning and afternoon butlers, private chef, gardening, and pool attendant. Upon arrival, guests are greeted by the villa supervisor who extends a warm welcome and introduces the villa and its workings to guests, while the villa manager will make periodic visits to ensure each holiday is proceeding smoothly without any hitches. The attentive villa butlers ensure all bedrooms are prepared and refreshed promptly, providing a turn-down service early evening, ready for another enchanting Bali night. The villa’s private chef is on hand to prepare breakfast, lunches, and dinner. Staff will meet guests in the morning to collaboratively plan the culinary experience for the day ahead.
