Living Areas

The villa’s chic lounge, dining and kitchen spaces are open aired with superb timber minimalist sofa and ten seater dining table. Polished cement flooring is a stand out feature throughout the villa bringing a welcomed coolness amid the tropical climate.

The living space opens onto the 12-metre pool with timber-deck surround and immaculate garden, which bursts with a palette of green and yellow.

When the kids get tired of swimming, then parents will be happy to know that adjacent to the living area is a fully air-conditioned cinema room equipped with Sony movie projector and ample seating for all the family. Wi-Fi is also freely available throughout the villa.

Accommodation

Designed with stylish minimalism and maximum comfort in mind, Villa Waha features four contemporary bedrooms with cool polished cement finishes and warm natural timber accents.

On the ground floor, two ensuite bedrooms overlook the lush gardens and inviting pool, now seamlessly connected by a secure, lockable interconnecting door—offering the ideal setup for families or groups of friends who want to stay close while enjoying their own space.

One room features a luxurious king-size bed, while the adjoining bedroom has been cleverly transformed into a fantastic family suite. It includes a versatile king-size bed (which can be split into two single beds), with two full-size bunk beds uniquely positioned above—a fun and practical design that’s perfect for kids, teens, or extra guests.

Each room includes its own stylish ensuite bathroom, and the thoughtful layout makes this villa a brilliant choice for families, extended groups, or friends sharing a memorable Bali getaway together.

Upon ascending the staircase to the second floor bedrooms, one cannot help but be mesmerized by the amazing views across the bordering rice fields. Both bedrooms comprise king size beds, with the upstairs master bedroom offering larger floor space, built-in day bed style sofa area, and views across the treetops towards Berawa Beach and the Equestrian Centre. A terrazzo bathtub is the highlight of the master bathroom, strategically placed so you can lie back and take in the views from the lush rice fields and slip into a dream state.

Each of the four bedrooms feature 32” flat screen TV’s, air-conditioning, ceiling fans, spacious wardrobe areas, safety deposit boxes and bathroom amenities

Strategically located a few minutes from Finns Recreation Club and its entertainment/sports/leisure facilities including, waterpark, tennis, bounce kidscenter, ten pin bowling and a world class gymnasium. Head to Echo Beach, just 5 minutes away and enjoy a sunset barbecue seafood feast.

Also, just a short 10 minute drive to Seminyak for anyone wishing to sample Seminyak’s world-class dining, happening bars and fabulous clothing, homeware and jewelry boutiques.
